Dr. Kaihui Yang, Ph.D. Geology

Mr. Yang has over 30 years of experience as an exploration geologist. He previously served as a Vice President for the Zijin Mining Group, a major mining company listed on the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchange that has expanded aggressively in various parts of the world including the recent acquisitions of three Canadian mining companies (Nevsun, Continental Gold and Guiana Goldfield). He also served as the Chairman for the Sprott-Zijin Joint-Venture Mining Fund.

Dr. Adrian G. Mann, Ph.D. Geology

Dr. Mann has been self-employed as the owner of Ruthrie Enterprises Ltd., a private mineral exploration and mine development company in Calgary, Alberta, since October 1989. Dr. Mann was, until September 2010, Vice-President Exploration of Planet Exploration Inc. (PXI:TSX-V), which position he had held since resigning as President of the same company in 2002. He was a director of Copper Fox Metals Corporation (CUU:TSX-V) from 2005 to November 2009. He obtained a B.Sc. (General Honours), B.Sc. (Special Geology) (Honours), and Ph.D. from the University of London, UK and M.B.A. from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Dr. Mann was granted the designation P.Geol by APEGGA in 1995. Dr. Mann has worked extensively in both production and exploration geology in much of southern Africa, South, Central and North America and parts of Asia, including Cambodia, Mongolia and Russia.  He was Angkor Gold’s VP of Exploration until his retirement in August 2015.
